Personal project done in collaboration
with Stephen Kenny. ︎︎︎Similarities contrast is an independent publication, created using Creative Commons imagery. It explores the unexpected pairings of images to create something new. Images were chosen and matched based on how much their content contrasts and whether similarities could be found. Each image is shown alongside copy from its respective publication. Typography is kept minimal and is set in all caps to contrast against the strong imagery. ︎︎︎The book was released in a limited run of 50 copies.
